Number of photos / videos 93 As I was searching for special downgear, my search let me find this beautiful red puffer downcoat. On a french website, this one really caught my attention. The photos were not that pretty, but I guessed how it would look. When the package arrived and I opened up the big box, my expectations were fully met. The light weight coat has a noble shine, and a very good workmanship. Really a high-price boutique coat, bought for a bargain price. That lovely red downcoat was one of the highlights at the outdoor shooting I did with Cesara. Her outfit, black leather leggings, and brown leather boots matched that downcoat perfectly. When shooting this in an old factory area, we had some stroller passing by. Cesara received a few very nice comments about that look from them, as we talked about the location and the photo shooting we did. 94 Being a photographer is not the easiest job on the planet. Many of you may think – hey that guy is so lucky, having all these beautiful girls in front of his camera. They wear what he says like down jacket and purple spandex leggings. But friends, I can tell you, life can be hard. For the photo series here, I fought years to get the release rights. How can that happen, you are asking rightly so. When I arranged the shooting with this girl quite a time ago, everything was fine. She agreed on the clothes, she agreed on the topic and the budget. We knew each other for a long time, so I did not think something problematic with her. Unfortunately, I forget the model release papers at home when driving to her city. No big deal usually, I send it by post or mail to print out afterwards. As I tried the same with her, she started to block communication. First of all, she didn`t reply to my messages, after sending the release on paper once again, I tried to call her. We argued a little on the phone and suddenly she told me, she won`t sign because of some private matters. I tried to talk her into signing several times, of course, but no way into. Almost 3 years after I took these lovely pictures of her, presenting down jacket and purple spandex leggings, I visited her city for other reasons. And now guess who ran into me when I had my meeting in a public coffee? Yeah, life can be such a sucker. Apparently I took the chance and walked over to her, started talking about old times and long time no see and so on. It was quite obvious to me, this was kind of awkward for her. Without much around, I ask her if she remembers the promise she made me on our last meeting. On a napkin, I got some short sentences from her, where she releases the photos for me. Yellow downcoat – Fanny by Pamy
Number of photos / videos 67 When shooting these photos with Ella outdoor a few months ago, I just received this yellow downcoat from a dear friend. The downcoat is a Fanny from Pamy, hard to get these days. Special in this colour, it was not sold often. Ella, wear that black latex style leggings and variegated Adidas sneakers instantly felled in love with the colour of the coat. “It`s so awesome bright and shiny – I LOVE IT!” she said to me. Once she wears it, she realised it was a little too big for here. So I am now looking for a yellow downcoat in size S for her to give for the next winter. Being so bright and shiny, passing by pedestrians could not prevent staring at her. As I first met her 3 years ago, she was shy, she would have turned red like a tomato. But lucky me, these times are over, so self-confident she smiled at the people and waved at them. The result of this outdoor presentation of the Fanny coat is 67 photos of Ella wearing that wonderful piece of craftsmanship. Unfortunately, Pamy as a company does not exist anymore. Megan in a shiny Moncler
Number of photos / videos 930 Sometimes, when you least expect it, the biggest coincidences happen. In this case, it was Megan I happened to meet a few months ago. I met her when I bought my coffee in Cologne. Megan in a shiny Moncler jacket attracted my attention. I took my courage together and spoke to her. Interestingly, she was very open-minded about my concerns. After a bit of small talk, I asked her if I could take some pictures of her in the jacket. Completely surprisingly she agreed and after I had taken about 10 pictures with the mobile phone, we exchanged telephone numbers to arrange a real photo shooting on my next visit. On my next trip to Cologne I had a whole suitcase with Moncler down jackets and coats, which I had borrowed. Megan was very delighted when I spread out the many shiny pieces in front of her. She picked out some jackets and we went to shoot photos in a park. Megan in a shiny Moncler jacket really attracted some attention. She enjoyed it visibly and felt very comfortable. I could see how she blossomed more and more and liked herself in her role. After we had well over 1000 pictures in the box, we headed home. At my hotel room, we looked at the result together and sorted the photos. Diabless downcoat military style
Number of photos / videos 54 It`s a few months ago that Ivette ( Click here for her facebook profile ) acquired this awesome Diabless downcoat from a friend of hers in France. We both had never seen this style somewhere and were eager to get it. I was absolute curious how it would look like when it`s been worn. After receiving the big package, I was happy to get Lana for an outdoor shooting. To complete my luck on this day, it snowed the night before, so the setting was perfect for downgear photos. We went outdoor to an old industrial area. The old storage building is sprayed all over with Grafitti, making it a nice backdrop for such a rough looking cloth. When I got out this fat down style coat, Lana did not feign her interest in it. She actually developed a crush for that fat Diabless downcoat. For this series, I originally took about 150 photos. Now, after quite a while, it`s been hard to select the best to publish. It took me a while, but I think I made it. Enjoy this very special item presented by a special lady. Long Kjus down coat gone wild
Number of photos / videos 76 When shooting with Emjay Rosso at the beginning of 2018, I remember her going through my pile of clothes. It`s usually like that before we start, I let the models see the selection and let them choose their first outfit to go. Being a real fetish girl, Emjay needed a while to check everything. She was digging into the jackets and pants I had with me, stroking the soft nylon, rubbing it on her face, enjoying the puffy things. That long Kjus down coat really attracted her. She put it on top of the list for the shooting time. When we started with the first series, she chose the Moncler jackets and continued after that with that long Kjus down coat. Pamy downcoat and sweet Kim
Number of photos / videos 37 Years ago, a friend of mine met Kim at a local club. While they both started an affair, she got into our circle of friends. As luck would have it, she got to know about my photo projects. We had agreed to meet at my apartment to go out drinking something. On the same day, the post guy brought me that huge package. A customer of my websites had sent me down garment to work with. Being consequently snoopy, I couldn`t resist opening it, pulling out things. But Kim arrived early, surprising me while I still had all that down gear presented on the floor. As she saw the downgear, she didn`t was shocked. After a few seconds looking, she took the black Pamy downcoat and tested it with her hands. She asked me if that was for my shootings or what else I do with women’s jackets. Apparently, my fellow friend had already told her about my projects. Quite interested in my work, she asked me if she could get a view on some photos I did and how much I pay. Perfect entry into a model recruiting. So I let her look at the website and the photos and before my friend arrived, we agreed to a shooting. To get back to the point, she asked me to bring that black Pamy downcoat along at the shooting. Indeed, I was surprised as she simply undressed in the middle of the work and pulled it over. She admitted, she always wanted to try how it feels to be naked in a long coat. Unfortunately, she never had the chance to, as her drawer only had short jackets available. Black downcoat outdoor shooting
59 When starting to work with new models, the first shooting is always a challenge. You usually met the girl once before or just called or send some Whatsapp messages. When it comes to the personal contact and it gets serious with taking the photos, the toughest girls get shy. Same here with the natural beautiful Ella. She contacted me because of an ad I placed online and after sending some messages back and forth, we met for this outdoor shooting. Her first set was this black downcoat she`s wearing on the photos. In combination with her Adidas Neo leggings and those flat leather boots, it`s just looking great on her. I`d chosen a very good shooting time, when the sun was rising over the forest, adding some beautiful light to the scene. The orange light and the dust created some lovely autumn mood. This adds some more beauty in the photos, creating a realistic look. Ella felt very well during our shooting, the results are lovely. Duvetica downcoat worn by Cesara
51 When I unpacked the package with the Duvetica downcoat, I knew immediately that I wanted to photograph Cesara in it. With this wonderful down coat, all desires of a down lover come true. The classic cut, the perfect filling of duck down, the soft nylon, it is an all-around successful garment. After a long time back and forth we finally found an appointment for our shoot, I could hardly wait. Cesara is simply a perfect model for down clothing. Her latino look with that hair in the style of a lion`s mane and her all-female body made her special to work with. In wonderful weather, we met for the shoot outside. The sun was shining, but it was not too warm by the wind, so she felt comfortable in down. When we came to the said Duvetica down coat, I felt her tension. I told her in advance that I had the perfect coat for her to wear. When she held it in her hands at first, she felt the fabric, she touched it and stroke it with her hands. She hugged the coat to feel it`s perfect filling, it`s puffy feeling. And finally, she put it on, that we could start the photo taking. In the photos you can see how in love she was in the down coat. s.Oliver downcoat and leather leggings
100 Anyone knowing s.Oliver knows this brand brings wonderful down coats onto the market for some years now. In addition to high-quality workmanship and interesting cuts and designs, they use very high-quality shiny nylon. I have been trying to get my hands on a two colour s.Oliver downcoat for a while. By a happy coincidence, I finally received one from a fan a few months ago. This marvellous coat comes in shiny black colour outside and a bright brown inside. During a shooting with the lovely Lana, I had it in my bag with me. Not knowing at the time I packed up things if I will find the time to use it. Things went well on this cold winter day, with still some snow around our lovely outdoor location. So when I had finished all the must-dos for this appointment, I had still plenty of time left. My chance to get Lana into the s.Oliver downcoat. When she dressed it and posed in front of me, I was really amazed by the look it created. In combination with that black spandex leather leggings she was wearing and her black leather boots, it was a stunning outfit. CMP downcoat and black spandex leather leggings
102 I get to know Miss Wildfang through her profile at a German photographer and model website. Her remarkable profile showing her changeableness during the time really caught my attention. I asked myself if she would work with me and tried my luck. At the first place, she was a little reserved on my offer. When I started showing example pictures of what my ideas were, she happily agreed in a shooting appointment. So it came we went outdoor at a lakes shore to use the late spring weather. When she dressed up in that brown CMP downcoat, she quickly changed her mind about downgear. Initially, she said, she`s wearing that for this shooting, she does not like it for her private outfit. When I gave her the brown CMP downcoat, she caressed the smooth shiny nylon fabric. Much longer than necessary she holds it in her hands and felt the fabric. When she put it on and the puffy coat got warm in no time, she was truly convinced about downwear. Down jackets and down coat – 2017 year collection
1278 My focus on down garment photos developed during the last years, while I was shooting video footage for another website. Having an interest in shiny puffy downwear myself, I started to shoot photos with my jackets collection too. The downgear section here at Spandexplanet is the result of this photo shootings. As I had a lot of photos on stock already and checked the net before going live with this site, I found, this going to be a nice addition. When selecting the first series for this category, I selected models from the past. Photos I took a few years ago, not knowing if and where I could use them. What started as my private pleasure beside the video footage, had a good community impact. So over the year, there were a few shootings with down jackets and down coats I had. When I look at my photo stock now, it`s hard for me to select the next series to update. I have a variety of great models wearing beautiful down jackets and down coats, so it`s very hard to choose from. I am thinking about a way to let you guys decide which series will be next. I got quite a few ideas for the next year and a lot of new gear to be photographed and presented. So stay tuned and be curious.
Shiny Downcoat – Patrizia in shiny leggings and downcoat
Number of photos / videos 65 Please give a warm welcome to my new model Patrizia. Naturally slim and tall in size, she`s the perfect model for down clothes and spandex. With this intention in mind, I often wanted to ask her to model. She`s living in my neighbourhood, just a few doors away. While we parked our cars side by side one day, I got the chance to talk her into it. I just returned from that great shooting with Mercy (see here) and had the trunk filled with shooting clothes. I noticed how she looked when I opened it to get out the camera and the technical stuff first. Taking my chance to talk to her about it, I told her about my photo shooting and showed her some clothes too. When I run through the piles of spandex, satin and shiny downcoat, she appears to be very interested. Consequently, as I noticed her interest, I asked her if she could imagine herself being photographed like this. One word came to the other, she agreed to meet to show some photos and talk about the details. So this ended up in her apartment the next day, where I did my usual – see what I do – show. In the hope that she`s not retreating, I booked a studio for the agreed date. Lucky me, she is a reliable model and met me at the studio location, being well prepared. My clothes selection for this shooting fit her shape and figure. When going through my drawers, I selected S and XS clothes mostly. Black downcoat – Mercy teasing in shiny nylon
Number of photos / videos 93 Please give a warm welcome to the lovely Mercy. If you don`t know her yet, she got a quite famous Instagram profile – find it here. We`ve been talking for a while since I saw her pictures there. The shiny madness she`s showing, combined with her very special look, made me ask her for a shooting. Lucky me, she`s travelling to Germany from time to time. For her visit here this year, we finally arranged two days shooting appointment here in Leipzig. When we meet at the selected shooting location, which was her booked AirBnB apartment, my car was filled with stuff from my drawers. The most desired attractions she grabbed out from the pile of clothes was the Tianyou Textile black downcoat. She holds it in her hand and felt the shiny nylon. She instantly loved the smooth feeling of the fabric and the puffy down. I asked her to dress in shiny black spandex leggings, just bra and the black downcoat. Alright, she said and when she got back from the dressing room, she looked just stunning. The black downcoat, going down to her feet, covering her completely, from head to toes. Awesome. The shooting of the photo series went by very fast, one great look, one great pose after the other. Instantly Mercy was in her element, being the model. She just loved the coat, she hugged it, she felt it, she doesn’t want to undress it at the end. I hope you enjoy this photo series as much as I did enjoy creating it. Downcoat girl Cesara – brown Kjus gear
Number of pictures / video 83 A few month ago, we discussed what gear we wanted to look for to use here at Spandexplanet. One special item my girlfriend came up with, was a Kjus jacket. She once touched one and was paralysed about the fabric. During my search, I finally found this Kjus downcoat for a good price. Almost instantly I send the seller a message to buy it. Once we arranged the buying and I had the tracking number at hand, I called Cesara for the shooting appointment. The downcoat arrived and I couldn`t wait to see it worn. When we got it out of the package at the shooting location, Cesara couldn`t get her hands off it. In fact, the fabric is perfectly smooth and has a great silky touch. We had chosen our shooting day perfectly. The sun was shining bright, no clouds on the sky and there was a little wind going too. With this optimal presets we started to shoot. Cesara absolutely loved the fat down coat, she cuddles herself in it and enjoys the warm shiny nylon feeling. The result of her attraction for the coat are these 83 photos you have in this series. Downcoat from Diabless – Cesara and her favorite winter style
Number of pictures / video 43 We have been hunting for a diabless downcoat for a while already. Seeing one in Paris for the first time back in the year 2008, it`s been always in my mind, looking out for one on almost every occasion. Finally with the help of a dear friend from Facebook, we made it to get one right out of France. He helped us buying a bunch of downcoats and downjackets from a french second hand platform website. Thank you for that 🙂 Unpacking the jackets when they arrived, it was truly clear for us, the first model to wear those awesome coats and jackets has to be Cesara. Said and done, a few days later we met for the shooting. Catching one of these lovely pre-spring days, when the sun comes out for more then 2 hours after the dark winter time. Downcoat madness – Fanny Coat by Pamy
Number of pictures / video 45 On an early spring day in 2012, I met Cedi for a combined shooting for photos and video. First of all, we took the chance of the twilight to shot some photo series at a very public location. During daytime, overcrowded by stroller and their pets, it`s been almost deserted at the early evening. I decided to have an edgy outfit on Cedi. Black shiny spandex leather leggings, blue puffy downcoat from Pamy and red Buffalo boots with cloud sole. Everything Spandexplanet stands for in just one series I thought. Fighting with the bad light conditions on that evening, I had to process almost every photo I took. See for yourself, the results are worth the efforts. Small story by the way, as Cedi is too young to know Buffalos from her own experience, she did not know how it is to wear Buffalo shoes. So she`s been really excited about wearing a pair for the first time. After this series was in the can, she didn`t wanted to take them off, so comfortable she felt in them. Preview pictures

40 In early 2012 we met Cedi. These pictures are from the first shooting with this gorgeous woman. It was really cold outside and it was snowing in these early January days.
